Still nothing. I ordered a web TV for my 83 year old mother over a month ago and have yet to receive it. I sent an enquiry email more than a week ago and received one email stating that I would receive the tracking information and the product should arrive soon.
Perfect product. He can interact fully by email and surf the internet all day long. Works perfect too. I bought my 75 year old dad one years ago. He has loved it completely.He doesn't have a computer and doesn't want to learn how to use one.This is perfect.
I would definitely not hesitate to deal with norvell_md in the future. While there were other companies selling the same product for less, it was worth paying a few dollars more for a quality experience. I purchased a Philips Magnavox MAT965A1 WebTV Classic from norvell_md for my mother. I received the item, as advertised, in the original packaging with setup instructions in about a week.
Perfect for a child to keep the adult's computer free.If you are an adult and want to use the internet, buy a PC. It is great for general surfing and checking email. This thing will aggravate you to peices. If your kids stay on your PC all the time, download wierd stuff, mess with your settings, have TV's in their rooms - then this is GREAT for them. It is nearly impossible to mess up and you can't do a lot of stuff (like download) with it.
If you buy it cheap you can say it was worth more. I like the webtv calssic. I am useing it to write this review : > p.s. I just wish i had bought it cheaper. It is for those of us who cannot afford a compter.
